If I were you, I would try to eat healthier food such as more fruit and vegetables. If you did some exercise – walking, playing, sport etc. – you would feel fitter. It would be better if you didn’t smoke so much. If I were you, I would take some vitamin pills. If you slept more, you would feel better. I hope you’ll soon fell healthier!
