     Tom is my best friend. He takes enough exercise. He goes for a walk ecery Saturday morning; sometimes he goes jogging. Once a week he goes cycling because he likes that very much. Swimming is another sport he likes to do.
     Jane is another friend of mine. She doesn't take much exercise. She doesn't like playing tennis or football. She likes skating. Jane also watches TV every evening and especially when an important skating competition is on TV.
    In my opinion, sport is very important. Everybody should take as many exercises as they can. Sport is very good for health and it also makes you feel better.
