Suggestions for the new student common room
Introduction
This report is to recommend a room in the school
for a student common room.
Location of the common room
The most popular choice is S1 next to the
library. This room is big enough to be used as a common room and perfect for
students studying in the library.
Furniture and decoration
Most of the furniture could come from the tables
and chairs that are stored in S1 at present. Several students have also said
that they have old furniture that they can give to the school.
The room needs painting, but students from the
Art department have offered to paint during the summer holiday, if the school
will pay for the paint. The floor is in good condition.
Final recommendation
Therefore, I suggest that S1 be used as the
student common room. A decision should be made quickly so the room can be ready
for the new term.
