Mediterranean Omelette

Ingredients:

2 egges
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
1 large tomato
25 g butter
salt and pepper

Instructions:

- Cut the onion, the green pepper and the tomato into small pieces.
- Put the butter into the frying pan.
- Put the vegetables into the frying pan.
- Fry them for about three minutes.
- Break the eggs into a bowl.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Cook the omelette for three minutes.
- Turn the omelette over.
- Serve with fresh bread.
